Shipping & Returns


All orders for goods subject to availability and placed before 2pm will be dispatched on the same day for delivery the next working day (Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays).

We operate with a standard flat delivery charge of £15 + VAT for next day deliveries by 4pm for mainland UK addresses (excluding the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland - which would require an additional cost depending on exact postcode). This delivery is usually via a UPS tracked service but we do on occasion use other carriers for bulkier items.

A timed delivery service of pre 10am next day delivery is available for a flat charge of £25 + VAT.

A Saturday pre 10am service is also available for a flat charge of £30 + VAT.

This website is designed for the sale and shipping of goods to UK addresses but we can ship most items worldwide (Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations). Exact costs would depend on the goods ordered, size weight etc. Please contact us by either email info@sentinelbroadcast.co.uk or telephone us on +44 1252 870009 for a tailor made quote for your exact requirements. Sentinel Broadcast Ltd cannot be held responsible for any customs or import duties which may be levied upon arrival of any goods shipped and we'd strongly recommend you seek the advice of your local customs office in advance of any shipments.

Returns Policy

At Sentinel we try to offer a transparent and easy returns policy. If for any reason you are unhappy with an item this can be returned to us for a full refund (less the cost of shipping) within 7 Days provided the item is in as new condition and the original packaging is undamaged with any tags still in place with the exception of the following exclusions. We cannot offer full refunds for special order items or in the case of software / licenses, media etc where any seals have been broken.

Faulty / Damaged Goods

In the unfortunate event that you receive faulty or damaged goods please notify us via email info@sentinelbroadcast.co.uk or telephone 01252 870009 within 24 Hours so we can arrange for replacement goods to be dispatched and the faulty / damaged goods to be collected - please retain all of the original packaging. If any parcels are damaged upon arrival please bring this damage to the delivery drivers attention and ask him / her to make a note of this damage on the delivery manifest - please then contact us straight away so the problem can be resolved swiftly.
